Clairfield advises Beyond Brands on the sale to Riedel

Riedel is the Dutch market leader in fruit juices and drinks, producing well-known brands such as Appelsientje, CoolBest and Dubbel Frisss. In August 2017 private equity firm Standard Investment bought Riedel from dairy giant FrieslandCampina. Standard Investment subsequently acquired Beyond Brands, a young Dutch drinks company, with the owners of Beyond Brands to form the new management team of Riedel.

Clairfield advised the shareholders of Beyond Brands in the transaction and in negotiating new shareholder and management terms.
