Marshalls Shapes The Environment With Ollerton Acquisition

Ollerton, a high-quality street furniture business has been sold to Marshalls plc in a multi-million-pound deal.

Birmingham-based Pertemps Ventures and businessman Bill Good invested in the business five years ago. During this period under their combined stewardship, the business has gone from strength to strength.

Under the terms of the deal, Bill Good will remain with the business for the next six months.

Toby Arrowsmith project managed the transaction for Orbis, Matt Hyland at George Green Solicitors advised management on the legal aspects and funding was provided by Dave Totney and Tracey Berry at Liquidity.
