Orbis Joins Forces With IMAS As Partner In Clairfield International

Orbis Partners is delighted to announce that it has joined forces with IMAS Corporate Finance as UK members of Clairfield International.

Orbis is a mid-market corporate finance house advising on a wide range of M&A transactions covering sectors such as industrials, business services, healthcare and TMT. Orbis also has an active investment portfolio held through its associated company Intrinsic Equity.

Orbis has been the UK member of Clairfield International since 2010 and has been seeking to strengthen both UK representation and specialist sector expertise.

Clairfield’s global perspective allows its clients to review their international M&A options quickly and in confidence, whether looking to expand through acquisition in new territories or looking to realise value for a business through sale.

IMAS is a leading specialist advisory boutique focussing exclusively on M&A transactions in the financial services sector, comprising general insurance, investment, lending and financial support services sub-sectors. IMAS is recognised for its knowledge leadership in the financial services sector demonstrated not only through having completed over 100 M&A transactions but also through its annual publication on UK financial services which IMAS produces with the support of the UK government.

IMAS will now become the Clairfield UK member for all financial services M&A opportunities with Orbis continuing to cover all other sectors. This arrangement will also provide Orbis a City location from which to further develop its presence in the London market.
