Clairfield advises ACTA* on the sale of Kiwa Compliance International

Private equity company LDC and management have acquired all of the shares of Kiwa Compliance International from ACTA*. ACTA* is the holding company of Kiwa Group, an independent TIC service provider with offices in 30 countries.
