Holonite, a leading provider of composite building elements in The Netherlands, owned by Bolster Investment Partners, was sold to BUVA.
Holonite, headquartered in Tholen, produces and distributes high-end standard and customized composite building elements. Products include, among others, door thresholds, window thresholds and wall covering elements. BUVA, part of Pallieter Group, located in Barendrecht is one of the market leaders in the field of hinges, locks, and thresholds.
Clairfield acted as acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Bolster Investment Partners (PE) in the sale of Holonite to BUVA.
