Clairfield advises HelloFlex group on management buy-out

HelloFlex Group, headquartered in Amersfoort, provides intermediaries in the Dutch temporary staffing market with software solutions and services. Its proprietary software automates front-, mid-, and back- office processes for intermediaries. The software is developed together with a team of software professionals from its subsidiary SharpMinds. The software labels include HelloFlex, FlexService, UBplus, CAOWijzer and MatchQ. HelloFlex’ services consist of a BPO service for intermediaries who choose to outsource their back office. The group is widely acknowledged as a thought leader in the market with deep domain knowledge, i.a. through its well-known news platform FlexNieuws.

The transaction was financed by ABN Amro. Clairfield acted as lead-advisor to all shareholders.
