Clairfield advises Intersaction on the acquisition of a majority stake in TASK

TASK is a project organisation that offers capacity and consultancy services to clients working on large infrastructural projects in the Netherlands.

The participation of Intersaction will offer the TASK organisation, its employees and shareholders opportunities for further development and growth. It will also offer TASK the possibility to closer cooperate with Balance, another portfolio company of Intersaction offering similar services.

Clairfield acted as advisor to the shareholders of TASK Group on the sale to Intersaction.
