Clairfield advises New Amsterdam Cititrust on its sale to JTC Group
New Amsterdam Cititrust, a Dutch trust company based in Amsterdam, was sold to JTC Group.
New Amsterdam Cititrust was founded in 1981 and provides a range of corporate and administration services, including company formation and management, accounting, financial reporting and legal and secretarial services.
JTC Group is an international, independent trust company with over 500 employees and clients in over 100 different countries. It was founded in Jersey in 1987.
With the acquisition of the Dutch organization, JTC further expands its global network.
