Paradigm Infrastructure acquired IHS Rwanda

Paradigm Infrastructure announced the launch of its new Sub-Saharan African tower platform, Paradigm Tower Ventures, and the agreement by the platform to acquire 100% of the equity in IHS Rwanda.
